Returns & Exchanges

Email chiffon@chiffon-eg.com or message us on Instagram @chiffon_eg within 3 days of delivery, including your order number.

Items must be unworn with tags attached. You may return selected items and keep the rest.

Try on at Delivery

The courier can wait 5–10 minutes while you try your items.

Return & Exchange Policy

A fee of EGP 95 applies to returns and exchanges. For exchanges, this includes collecting the original item and delivering the replacement.

Defective or incorrect items are returned or exchanged at no charge. Please contact us by email or Instagram to arrange this.

Refunds

The courier refunds you immediately when collecting the returned item.

Aura Collection

Aura items are excluded from standard returns and exchanges. If an Aura item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange at no charge.
