Returns & exchanges within 3 days
To request a return or exchange, email chiffon@chiffon-eg.com or message us on Instagram at @chiffon_eg within 3 days of receiving your order and include your order number. Items must be unworn with tags attached. You can return selected items and keep the rest.

Try on at delivery
The courier can wait 5–10 minutes while you try your items.

Return & exchange fee
A fee of EGP 95 applies for reasons other than a defective or incorrect item. For exchanges, this covers collection of the original item and delivery of the replacement.

Defective or incorrect items
Please contact us so we can arrange a return or exchange at no charge.

Refunds
The courier refunds you immediately when collecting the returned item.

Aura collection
Aura items are excluded from standard returns and exchanges. If an Aura item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us for a fee-free return or exchange.

We deliver across Egypt within 4–5 working days.

Shipping fee: EGP 95 per order across Egypt. Free shipping is not available.

Working days: Saturday to Thursday. Fridays are not counted as working days.
